My journey with the Bangladesh Tourism started in 1973 as I joined the Tourism Corporation of Bangladesh (BPC) on its inception after the independence of Bangladesh and doing office job mainly. In those days, there was no Private Tourism concern in Bangladesh and with an enthusiast friend started planning for development of Private Tourism. I quit the job in 1977and my friend started working for a Swedish Tourism Entrepreneur for his groups in India and Nepal which helped us to gather practical knowledge of group handling in all respects. In 1989 we set up the Pioneer Tourism Company and first participating Tourism Expo was JATA EXPO in Japan in 1991 and in couple of months we started receiving enquiries from the Japanese companies. We were rewarded with group reservations from some companies and business were materialized. We learned the techniques to operate groups and became quite confident. We reach out to European markewts, and USA as well and rewarded. It became a Family company.
To put forward my exclusive ideas I set up a separate company in 1999 along with ex-colleagues and we monopolized the Japan market first and slowly & slowly achieving European market ,ultimately becoming the HOT FAVORITE FOR BOTH THE LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS. Again I had to come out in 2018 for misappropriation by Directors and set up a composite Platform—THE JOURNEY WALLET by myself for providing seamless services under one umbrella with the visions;-
